Description

Trash strewn lot; fences falling down with illegal dumping; dead rat on sidewalk; does LCI have no power to hold Farnam accountable? Unbelievable that Farnam and Chris Mordecai are sociopaths who clearly dont care about endangering little kids at the YMCA right across the street and are allowed to do whatever they want to blight the city.
