Description
Not sure if this falls under street cleaning or a different category, but there is poop on the edge of the sidwalk at Madison Avenue by the Emprie State Plaza. It's under the lamppost where the location tag is, I see it when walking to and from the parking lot. I'd take a photo but my phone is broken.
It's been there for almost three weeks now, the rain has gotten some but not all of it. There used to be another one by the lamppost on the other side of the parking meter, but sometime since last evening someone kicked that one off the sidewalk and onto the street.
Reported this to OGS at the Plaza several times before they directed me here.
