South Manning between Washington and Myrtle driving south is riddled with holes. Kills my rims and rattles my teeth

Probably due to tree root expansion, there is a TRIP and FALL HAZARD on Western Ave. sidewalk btn. Clermont & Rosemont Ave., around 777 Western Ave. Sidewalk level change looks to be about 1/2 inch, between two slabs. (had a bad trip and fall there this morning.). Thank you!

I live on Williamsburg CT, but several potholes on Point of woods dr and Madison Av ext, both roads maintained by city . Please patch and repair asap. Thanks

The owner of this property rents without getting a certificate of occupancy. The current tenants literally moved in during the night.

Horrible potholes along Broadway and Church Street between Exit 3A and Arch Street. I now risk serious damage to my vehicle every day on my commute to work. Please fill these holes before I need to submit a pothole damage claim.

Need a one way sign and do not enter signage. There is consistent traffic going the wrong way and it’s dangerous. I even find. This car parked in the wrong direction this morning.

There is a large pothole in front of 107 West Street has damaged my wheel

Garbage/household items in back yard collecting rain water, which could lead to bugs and vermin. House is in foreclosure and appears to be vacant, lights are never turned off. Lawn will need to be mowed soon.

Not sure if this falls under street cleaning or a different category, but there is poop on the edge of the sidwalk at Madison Avenue by the Emprie State Plaza. It's under the lamppost where the location tag is, I see it when walking to and from the parking lot. I'd take a photo but my phone is broken.
It's been there for almost three weeks now, the rain has gotten some but not all of it. There used to be another one by the lamppost on the other side of the parking meter, but sometime since last evening someone kicked that one off the sidewalk and onto the street.
Reported this to OGS at the Plaza several times before they directed me here.

Numerous potholes in front of 1064 New Scotland Road, in both travel lanes. This is a repeat problem with patches over patches, and similar to other potholes from O'Neill Rd to the City line. In addition to another interim repair, is there a way to expedite repaving this road segment?

Paths around fountain are already all rutted out

There are multiple potholes on Saint James place that need to be filled in.
