Apartment 2017 at the standard raintree leaves their trash outside for days to let bugs come and smell horrible for all the neighbors to have to deal with. When the dumpster is literally 50 ft away they decide to leave it outside on the balcony where my plants are and it’s affecting my lung health and I have athsma and it’s causing my plants to suffer more pests than usual.

A. It’s an apartment complex . At the top of the stairway towards the door of apartment 2017 at the standard raintree apartment complex. there’s a huge smelly trash bag outside his door every day. Ruining the health of everyone. Where the sun hits it in the day at the second story it gets even warmer and I can smell it through the ac vent. And it’s affecting my plants health and it’s terrible when it rains too.
