Ongoing issue. 51 Clark is residential but leases garage for body shop use. Houses are in close proximity. Once again today someone who leases garage for car work is painting a car. I am 2 houses over and was working in my yard and have had to go into house and shut window due to the fumes. I also know the neighbors directly next to the garage have experienced oil and antifreeze being dumped into the ground despite them having a vegetable bed right there. The person painting is wearing a respirator mask but we all have to breath in the fumes. If there are rules about body shop work on residential property, please follow up as this is creating a health risk.
