MULTIPLE STREET LAMPS ARE OUT IN THE CITY POINT ROTARY AREA.

POLES 19,15,13,9,5,3,1

ALSO, A NUMBER OF POLES ARE MISSING THEIR ASSIGNED NUMBER.
IF THOSE CAN BE REPLACED IT WOULD MAKE REPORTING THESE ISSUES EASIER.
