. After doing 2 See Click Fix entries on the website, I still haven't received any response or any improvement with a blockage. A drainage blockage which is on my property. I know it's Friday and it's late. I'm not expecting a call right away, but I would like some information about what's happening when I use the prescribed system to get some assistance and I now have water which is running over the sidewalk into the street because the drain is plugged up. I live at 130 C St. And I have a blockage of a drain and I've been trying to get this fixed for a month,

left vmail, but got cut off so called back. Mr Gross picked up and I got his email address and sent the following message:

As I mentioned, our Operations Manager is currently on vacation, but will be back mid week and will likely reach out to you by the end of the week to give you an update on your complaint.
