Description

A long section of Foster street is clear of cars but has not been plowed to the curb. Please plow this area.

If the plow cleared to the curb, where does all that snow end up? It has to go somewhere. I suspect the reason there isn't plowing to the curb is because there is nowhere to put the snow. You see how that plays out in parking lots that get plowed.
