According to city code (§313-47), property owners are responsible for keeping their properties maintained with regards to lawn and litter. DGS staff will inspect the property for any violations. If violations are found, the property owner will be notified and given ten business days to rectify any violations. After ten business days, DGS will re-inspect the property for compliance. If the property is still in violation, DGS will schedule a cleanup of the property and the owner will be billed. Please note that due to the high volume, these requests may take up to two weeks or more for DGS to clean.

This group camping at this location has actively stole historical parts from a number of buildings on State Street. They sell the parts as scrap metal for money to buy drugs like Heroin and Fentanyl.

I made 2 reports with surveillance video provided and nothing happened. They’re hanging out at 275/281 State because it’s an open food pantry Monday - Saturday; all day.
