The construction project on division street begins every weekday and Saturday at 630am. Sometimes they begin before 630am. Since they are in the excavation phase, this includes drilling, backhoes, and other large equipment. It is my understanding that construction cannot begin before 0700am on weekdays and 0900am on weekends and holidays if it can be heard from within a residenial dwelling.
