Beschreibung

Caller contacted City Resource line after she had contacted 911 regarding a car parked illegally in front of her driveway. Caller states that her neighbor and her neighbors' friends park their cars there at various times and then they are not at the home when the caller goes over to request that they move their vehicle. Caller reports having to drive over the yard to get into their driveway. The neighbor's address is: 6631 E. Nicaragua.
