crosswalk signal on the ne part of the corner, that should face west for crossing people, has been moved somehow, to face north.
Thus it is useless, and the already high danger of this intersection is made significantly worse for walkers, and bike riders.

Just rotate it, to where it should point, and fix it so it cannot be tampered with again.
