Description

The green signal on Blake street lasts 20 seconds and on Springside it last 40 to 60, this used to be reversed as Blake has 99 % of the traffic, so for some reason it was switched and now traffic backs up all the way to Whalley avenue, Blake street is a major feeder road to the SCSU campus, it used to take about 1 minute on this road now it take 10- 15 minutes, and there is no traffic on Springside
