Thank you for contacting the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Division for the City of Richmond. Based on the information you provided we have assigned a Code Enforcement Inspector to go to the location and inspect the property for any and all code violations.
Owned by a Ronald Nixon who lives at 926 W. Franklin Street. Owns alot of properties in the lower Fan area. I would leave a note to Ronald on the door of 928 and ask him to make arrangements with the City to have the appliances picked up. He can call 311, and talk to them about picking it up., however I believe there is a cost involved (because it is an appliance.) anything else is free pick up.
Thank you for bringing this concern to the City of Richmond, Department of Planning and Development Review, however, when the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector visited the property, it was determined that there are no active code violations
