Description

Ive seen it many times people smoking right at the door of the library. Its disgusting and they should STRICTLY enforce it. Also the loitering outside and inside. This is a public library. I have seen such bad behavior. They need to make arrests there. The next time I see rowdy behavior I will call the cops.
