Description

There is a large crack in the street at 110 Westcliff Circle that extends for half a block. Water has been flowing out of the crack for months, creating a muddy mess. Residents are worried that a sinkhole is forming and that their cars will be damaged, or worse, someone will be injured. The manager of the subdivision has called the city and no one has come to repair the damage.
