Deskripsyon

This morning at a little after 8am (2/5/15), the traffic light at First and Windsor was "short-cycling" on the traffic going northbound on First Street. Northbound traffic was backed up for nearly a half mile, and it took me six minutes to get through the light and past Windsor Road.
