Transportation appreciates your patience. With regard to the warning, you will have to request to speak to a representative with Enforcement Services by phoning 780-538-0300. We have put in a request to the Parks Department to clear the trail that runs through the green space of the school in back. This may help with run-off issues. Removal of Snow Piles in cul-de-sacs has now just begun and progress can be slow as we have over 500 piles throughout the City. In addition, work on these is weather dependant.
When we get a fresh dump of snow, equipment is focused to main roads, bus routes and residential roads to ensure driveability for commuters and residents. Unfortunately, piles in cul-de-sacs are low priority items in the work schedule. Supervisors do monitor these piles on an ongoing basis and Aquatera will notify the department of any issues. Please note this process can take time.
