I live at the address listed and am 65 years old the tree in the rental house at 2716 Mckeige scare me every time it storms or the winds blows, with winter coming ice and snow could damage my home and I am not able to trim the tree. It's roots are cracking my driveway. I have ask (quite nicely) for Barrett Reality to trim it back with no response. Please help me. If the tree should fall my home would be demolished and I am unable to trim it myself.

The issue with the tree limbs over the lines going to my home has not been resolved. I have tried to reach Barrett Reality who owns this rental property with no response. It is very troublesome and I am afraid to stay in my home when we have storms and/or ice and snow. Please if there is any one who can help me I would appreciate it. This situtation is very concerning to me and if it big Popular Oak will take my home.

I have not had any results on this complaint. I do not know how to post a picture of the problem. I do know that I had a delivery of an appliance delivered to my home on Saturday, January 07, 2012 and the truck could not get in the driveway due to the lines coming to the house and the tree limbs. I was hoping to get some kind of help from SEE CLICK FIX. My homeowners insurance told me to send a certified letter and I have never heard anything. I appreciate any help you may give and please let me know if you are unable to help me.

To my knowledge no one has even looked at the problem except Comcast and they did raise their line so the limbs (not if it falls but when it falls) will not interrupt service or break their line. The Electric Service (NES) has done nothing. I have contacted my homeowners and was given the same response.

No the tree has not been trimmed, and I have given up on this issue. We will see what the weather brings today. I just hope there is no damage to my home. Comcast is the only one who has been out and pulled the line from the tree as much as possible. NES doesn't help at all. Please help me get this resolved.

This tree is still as stated. The gutter are falling from the back of the home. I GIVE UP.

It has been over a year and nothing has been taken care of. The gutters are off the back of house and the tree @ 2720 MCKEIGE DR. is still over the lines cable and electric. My driveway is cracked because of the ice and cold this winter. No gutters and tree roots . Maybe this so called dwelling will allow our property values increase. It is deplorable that is allowed. I am wondering how many other neighbors. Have complained.

The tree has not been topped and the yard has not been Mowed in weeks. I have sent pictures to no avail. I wish someone would at least take a look at this property. I cannot seem to get a reaction from anyone.
