Please forgive me for the time line, it’s been bothering me since it was built. This is a residential neighborhood and there are zoning laws in place to protect home values. So yes, it is affecting me because it’s dragging property values down!

A building Permit was approved in 2015 for the garage and satisfies the requirements under Zoning. There are no business records for this address.

Property values in Birdland including Bobolink seem to be doing just fine.
