This house often puts its trash out early and overflowing. Usually there is a lot of garbage left behind on the sidewalk, gutter and lawn. Nobody from the house picks it up. It either blows away or I will pick it up because I'm tired of looking at it. This house is a REPEAT offender and nothing seems to be done about it. Same issue with the house across the street. Beer cans, garbage etc.
