Description
There is a severe drainage issue in the 1800 block of White Oak Road. The issue really starts between 1818 and 1820 white oak road. At this point there is a massive drainage line that runs from Hayes Barton Baptist Church's parking lot and dumps onto the sidewalk and road. It washes out anything on the curb like trashcans or yard waste. The water flows so intensely that trashcans are often washed down the street and slam into cars parked. The sidewalk becomes completely washed away.
it does not take much water at all to result in a river running down the right side of the street/sidewalk. This issue needs to be addressed.
The issue is causing there to be erosion on my retaining wall that hold my property up.
I am attaching pictures of the waterfall that dumps into the road from the church even when it is barely raining. I have dozens more of the river that flows downstream if you would like.
