the driveways and walkways inside the fence of the Korean Consulate was magnificently ploughed yesterday, but the sidewalk in front on Avenue Road, where I have to push my mother in a wheelchair, was not touched.

While this has probably melted, it is breathtakingly arrogant that they should do such a fine job within their property and ignore the sidewalk.
