Description

Homeowner of 9601 Edes Ave pruned a tree inside thier property and dumped leaves , brunches on the street blocking traffic and sideway. Dumped on Dec 21, 2022. I have personally seen pruning the tree and dumping. From the picture you can see they dumped on a location where there is a Bus Stop.
