Trying to troubleshoot a sewer issue and found that some or all manholes on the street were paved over when neighborhood was repaved a few years ago.

Public Works has inspected the location. As reflected in the attached image, there is one sewer manhole located in the public right-of-way, and it has been confirmed that it has not been paved over. Two additional manholes are located on private property and would not have been impacted by the paving project.
Based upon what was seen in the field, there are no manholes that have been paved over.
