Storm Sewer maintenance is responsible for ensuring catch basins/storm drains are clear and flowing well. I will dispatch this request to our Storm Leadhand to investigate the northwest curb drain. That said, this drain could simply have a slower drain and water will migrate to the nearest drain and go where it needs to.
