Description

Ditch has degraded bank and is "full". Runoff from road drains thru fence and pasture to Kalves Creek. Owner at 1085 Turner Church, requests contact made.

A. from culvert / gate leading to lower pasture .. to the left (west) to Kalves Creek culvert under Turner Church.. water comes out of ditch and thru the fence about 30 feet from the culvert.
