    Snapping Shoals EMC tree crew (subcontractor) removed a tree leaning towards powerlines ... got the truck and trailer stuck in the ROW ditch. Left large (deep) tire impressions in the center ... concerns of "ponding" and ability to mow (personally) to keep up frontage. Ideal result, sand and smooth out center of ditch and impressions.

    Road top to shoulder has a large drop to the gravel bed in the right of way. the entire right of way is below road top level, in some spots, almost a foot. Numerous vehicles have been damaged due to "hooking" a tire off the drop.
