There is a very large tree that truly need to be cut down or topped ,if it ever fall it will take out the whole neighborhood,it prevent emergency vehicles from finding the street when called,,impossiable to give directions because you can not see the sigh ,accident just waiting to happen can NES do something or is the homeowner responsiable for getting that tree cut??????
