Our car suspension systems are getting ripped up. Reported it to the college but they said it's a city repair.

The pothole is very deep and still there. It's in front of the driveway between 972 and 974 Madison Avenue - I took up this issue with a VP at The College of Saint Rose and was told it is an Albany City issue they are not allowed to repair it. It is a VERY deep hole that is tearing at the suspension systems of my sons car as well as the other students that park back there. Even my wife's Honda Pilot 4WD goes pretty deep into the hole - we were there last night. Please help. Contact me at mmiller1000@gmail.com or 518-527-2326 for any questions.
