What the HELL was going on this afternoon??? I left my office at 4:30 pm (111 21st Av. S) and 21st Ave was backed up to West End and back into Hillsboro Village. You couldn't turn left off of 21st onto Division or Broadway because of traffic and I couldn't get to Demonbruan. This is a high traffic time and the wrong time to be doing any type of construction. You can't blame it on the weather because I've driven this route for 3 years in the rain and it's never been that backed up. It took me 35 minutes to get to the freaking interstate (24 East to 65 South) to pick my son up. That's absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
