Description
The rear lot wall of 1441 and 1443 S Mole Street in South Philly has fallen down into the alley way causing an unsafe condition by blocking rear escape access from the homes on Mole and Hicks Streets as well as creating an unsightly appearance. The wall debris needs to be removed and the walls should be replaced. It shouldn't be ignored just because it is behind these houses and fewer people have to see it. The property owners need to step up and properly dispose of the debris rather than just washing their hands of it.

Ticket #1490440. Ticket forwarded to Licenses and Inspections for follow-up. Once a request is entered into the system the building should be inspected within 15 business days and appropriate violations will be issued after it is inspected.
The owner usually has up to 30 days to comply with violations. Thereafter, up to 3 reinspections may be conducted to ensure violations were complied or resolved. If not complied at last inspection, the property will be referred to court for a judgment demanding the owner to resolve the problems. In a rare case where the owner has been removed from the property by city agencies, coordinated efforts will be made to correct the outstanding violations. Thank you. (mb)

Issue is not closed until the debris is cleared from the alley! Hey Philly government, send one of those union employees out to the site to inspect, issue citations as appropriate, and/or clean up the debris and make the city the nice place the mayor keeps talking about in his visions.
You don't close an issue because you want it to go away. You close an issue when the problem has been resolved.
