Merging onto Union Street from East Dover Street has become a terrible experience. The basket museum that sits on that corner maintains a garden which grows a multitude of fantastic beautiful plants which completely block the line of sight of drivers looking left to traffic on Union that comes from Francis Street. If one is (not) fortunate enough to have a truck, then even the smallest shortest flower hinders safe viewing from lower car vantage points. Of course the garden belongs to the Basket Museum. What can be done to remedy this to bring the situation from "close your eyes and go" or "pray and gas", to safety for all?
