Description
This light used to be on a sensor for opposite traffic (there's only one road) so Charlotte can move freely. It's not a high traffic intersection. Now that construction on the road had been worked, they've changed this light to a ridiculously long timer. At 5:30 in the morning, we now have 15+ cars waiting 3-4 minutes for this light to change with no traffic coming the other way. Waste of a traffic light. Please fix this back to a 31st sensor.
