Description
The unpaved road leaving the TOAST school needs repair. Please pave the road and remove the gate and other debris where it meets Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
While barely usable now, it will become less useful in the Winter without these improvements. Thanks for taking care of this.

I opened this issue to have the unpaved road become a serviceable exit point when leaving the TOAST school. It's current state does not support that. There are several ways to fix this, which includes the removal of the gate. Paving it would be ideal. But that doesn't help much if the gate and debris near it is not cleared.
When the weather changes, it will also be imperative that the unpaved road gets plowed after it snows.

Thanks for the information.
Can you please post the contact information for the person to talk to regarding the 'zoning' of this road/path? It seems that the purpose of this passageway should be evaluated.
