Wax Myrtle evergreen (transformer) screen shrubs continue to be a problem on Buffaloe Rd and the back S.E. corner of 4604 Mill Rock Ln. in Winchester, along Buffaloe Rd.
If the City of Raleigh or NC DOT cannot or will not occasionally maintain, (by heavily pruning), the shrubs in question, please notify me so that I can take this concern to City Council meetings.
Please prune these shrubs. You are forcing pedestrians to walk into Buffaloe Rd. to avoid these plantings. This is very dangerous! They really should be REMOVED!
