Just a heads up, when you reported this issue, you chose "General Bus Request/Incident" as the category, so it's assigned to CT Transit.
Unfortunately, CT Transit isn't very active with this website. You might want to report this issue again and select "Signs" as the category. If you choose to do so, I believe this issue will be resolved more quickly.
