Our house and several of our neighbors back up to Millbrook Rd. There is a bus stop directly behind our house. At 7:22 every morning we are awakened due to the fact that it sounds like a loud speaker is announcing the spill at the opening of the door. It also happens at other times during the day. I know we have rules about noise emitted from vehicles... our house is 7500 feet from the bus stop and every word is loudly heard inside our house.\ with all doors and windows closed.
Is this necessary?
