Description

These 2 palms are on City easement between 2501 & 2521 14th Ave S. The City is responsible to maintain them. Theyve not ever been trimmed & heavy palm fronds have fallen on cars & block legal street parking & the sidewalk. They block the street light, creating security issues. I recently purchased a house on this street & provide good long term rentals in this S. St Pete neighborhood. These palms need to be trimmed & fallen palm fronds removed. by the City.
