Description

There is a very deep hole adjacent to the sidewalk 1-2 feet deep that is part of some kind of square, possibly a utility, cut-out in the sidewalk. This is a heavy foot traffic area and someone could get their ankle or a stroller wheel caught and get very hurt. I don't know if this is St. Peter's property or City property but it is dangerous, especially because it's on a corner and could be easily missed if you're not looking down.
