City has "repaired" rain gutter in the street multiple times by dumping asphalt in holes without cleaning or finishing. Rain and snowplows inevitably churn up the rocks and asphalt, clogging sewers and sending rocks on the lawns and streets. In addition, water washes down Waverly from Champaign country club pond carrying fish and debris, aggravating deterioration of pavement. Please fix street gutter, clean sewer grate of rocks, fix drainage from country club.
