Coming out from Armour Drive toward the interstate, there is a Shell gas station to your right. Right after gas station there used to be two lanes that lead all the way to Monroe Drive, but now there is only one lane due to incorrect yellow line marking on the road. There is a big bottleneck and traffic jam coming out from Armour Drive.

This problem is on Armour Drive where the new paving was done. Yes, it took 6 weeks to go from prep to paving, and yes, the contractor paved during rush hour on Monday morning. That said, the bottleneck that has resulted from the two lanes being marked as one is the worst issue of all. For the past two days since it was done, it has taken between 30 - 45 minutes to go only one block and get through the intersection. PLEASE help! The yellow line, single lane marking is incorrect and impacted severely by all the traffic from the park and coming off exit 86 from the interstate.

The city fouls up this intersection every year for at least 6 weeks- Paving, sewer problems, etc

We got word via a call placed by Susan at Good Measure Meals to the City of Atlanta that the City will be correcting the lane markings today. They will make it how is used to be and create two lanes instead of one.
