As usual, gas station has plowed snow ONTO the sidewalk, blocking pedestrian access to vital businesses. They do this every time, after every storm, every year. When will the city finally put a stop to this? When?!?!?

24 hours later sidewalk on W Lawrence is still blocked and street corners not cleared.
Please let us know where we can get the same exemption that this gas station has, because none of us enjoy snow removal. A simple link would be fine. Thanks.
