1) SCF is missing an important category "Traffic Signal Malfunction" - that's what this is about.
2) The cameras which are supposed to detect waiting traffic on Coronado were not functioning properly 2 days ago at dusk. I sat on my motorcycle wearing bright yellow reflective clothing thru 2 full cycles (about 4 mins each) without receiving a green light. Finally when a full size car pulled up behind me, the green was triggered. This must work properly for bikes and motorcycles.
