Also, please understand that Richmond Tree Mgmt does not maintenance trees along the alleyway, only trees that are on City right of way sidewalk area -

The subject trees are not along an alleyway. They are all on Crestwood, between the street and the sidewalk. The tree located on city property at the alley entrance is immediately adjacent to the light pole, which blocks much of its effectiveness. Unfortunately, the locations of most of the lights along Crestwood are in conflict with the tree locations.
