I am sorry we have not been able to rectify this issue for you. Based on your complaint, it sounds like you have a neighbor that is annoying the entire neighborhood. The patrol captain and all the shift commander officers have been notified this has been an ongoing problem. Please realize during the day and early evening hours a certain level of noise is permissible. The next time excessive noise/music is being played, please call the PD and ask to speak to the shift commanding officer. Once the commanding officer has been advised, he/she will see about making sure appropriate enforcement action is taken.
