Description

There are too many potholes to count on White Bear Ave from 94 heading North until you hit Maplewood. Some of the worst ones (where traffic gets backed up horribly b/c they are so bad) are near the corner of Old Hudson Road and white bear ave (right by Subway and Super America)...however, white bear from 94 all the way north to Larpenteur Ave is in desparate need to being completely repaved.
