This has been reported numerous times for quite a while with no response. It has now become a hazard. Cars are driving around it and are nearly coming onto out property creating a dangerous situation.

There is a large pothole in front of 6970 Broadway terrace. It has gotten larger and deeper since the last round of storms and can cause major damage if not avoided

Large pothole in front of 630 Caldwell Road

The steep downhill part of Broadway Terrace, uphill from Mountain, that is heavily traveled by cyclist at high speeds, remains a most dangerous location site of many bike crashes. This 1/2 mile of terrible roads has been reported for years yet Oakland ignores this street that should be top of the list for replacing given the high car, bus and bike traffic. There are large pit holes in addition to crocodile skin asphalt. It is a true hazard.
