In the Eastbound center lane of 54th Avenue South, right at the point where the left-turn cut begins for Alcola Way South (roughly 1900 54th Avenue S), there is a depression in the pavement that is increasing in depth every week. It is now deep enough to cause a driver to lose lane control (jarring, especially at speed limit). Thanks for investigating SOON.

The common area along 50th Ave. south is once again this year not being maintained. It's been weeks since they have cut the grass and it's out of control. They were here yesterday, cutting the part up along 31st St., which is more visible, but for some reason, I guess to save money, they do not tend to this patch of grass. They wouldn't allow grass this length on the other side of the fence (Lakewood) , so I'm not sure why they think it's OK on the this side Maybe this year we can put some thing in place so it's not an annual event and the space is maintained per their obligation, or maybe the city should take on the maintenance

Southside food market property needs help. Property is always littered with trash, parking lot is not clearly marked, building roof is not safe, windows are covered with advertisements, dumpster area is very unsanitary.

On the corner of 45th Ave south and MLK the storm drain is caving in causing the ground toward the sidewalk to collapse and creating a large and ever growing depression.

There are two disastrous potholes in the right hand driving lane of 4th St. South traveling north between 22nd Avenue South and 18th Avenue South. One is most notably directly in front of the bus stop. Often times it is impossible to avoid these potholes because driving in the right hand lane. It is too risky to swerve left out of the lane in case there is another car in the left-hand traveling lane. These potholes are so deep that I even feared I popped a tire recently.

It's become beyond ridiculous that people are dumping so much stuff in the park at the corner 4th street South and 28th Avenue South, all of this stuff needs to be picked up and disposed of. The home next to this that keeps dumping all the stuff should be fined!!!

huge chunk missing right behind 801 between ave south in alley. please fix this I almost nose dove my car into the alley. ALSO, this entire alley needs blading and smoothing out. it's a mess. all of us drive on this often. can we get a more permanent fix for this? like pave it like others in the area??
