They urinate on the fence line onto the elderly womans property living at 373 Baltimore Avenue. Roaches, rats and mice have been seen around the home. They fight in the front yard and chase each other around with items out of the house. Noise violations are made regularly. Tonight 06/13/2020 at 10:18pm they shot off mortar fireworks in the middle of the street causing debris to go into the surrounding neighbors yards, on vehicles and homes.

    1- running food service/ sales business from home - keep food on porch. Counted over 20 rats running to porch area

    2- overgrowth on property- especially fallen tree in back yard. Rats nesting in large numbers .

    We we have asked them to care for their property but no results.

    They have soooo much trash and garbage it has taken up their entire backyard and frontyard and is now overflowing into the alley blocking traffic. Also it has attracted so many rats that us and our neighbor to the right have to call pest control.

    There is a ton of trash in the trees/brush all along N Thompson Ave. Some nasty person has even been throwing used adult diapers onto the roadway which then makes its way into the brush area. Trash crews were out a week ago but they didn't pick up ANYTHING on the other side of the guard rail. This area actually stinks because of the trash that has not been cleaned up.
